Professional development

Logistics Management major was established in 2003 based on Ningbo University, and is the first batch of logistics management majors established in Zhejiang Province。In 2009, the Royal Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) and the Royal Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) were introduced as two international professional certification programs。In 2023, it applied for the Supply chain Operation 1+X certificate pilot colleges of the Ministry of Education and the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing to deepen the practice of application-oriented undergraduate education and provide channels for students to obtain vocational skills certificates。Over the years，Completed 25 scientific researches and government decisions in the field of logistics and supply chain;Ningbo and Yuci area e-commerce and logistics planning and other 6 projects，To provide enterprises with management consulting, technical services and integration of production and education enterprise training 6;National and provincial new form of teaching materials 3，School-enterprise co-development of teaching materials, production-education integration courses, software works, talent training practice base and production-education integration alliance project 10。

Cultivation characteristics

First, vocational certification is integrated into the talent training program to achieve the whole process of application-oriented talent training。This major introduces two international professional certification programs from the Royal Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) and the Royal Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS), and the curriculum is in line with them. CILT is one of the earliest and most authoritative professional organizations in the world for logistics and transport。In the course of nearly 100 years of development, the organization has formed and improved the world's leading complete logistics and transportation professional qualification standards and certification system。Its accreditation standards and corresponding courses are widely used in many countries in Europe, North America, Asia, Oceania and Africa, and 35 leading universities around the world offer bachelor's, master's and doctoral programs in logistics and transportation approved by CILT。While in school, students can pass an examination to obtain a professional certificate from the Royal Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT)。

Professional teachers
